Rad Pressure Tester Quick Disconnect Name/Type

I have a Generic Rad Pressure tester and I'm trying to find more of the male fittings that are used to attach the pressure pump to the Cap Adapter. Would anyone know the part number or name of the fitting used? I've looked at the standard air hose couplings but they're not the same.

Want to make some different adapters. also thought it would be a neat solution to using different ends on my pressure transducer for my scope.
