Radiant floor heat in a garage question

Went to see a new home the other day. The garage has radiant floor heating, which seems nice.

The question I have is that it was poured like a conventional garage floor with the concrete extending under the doors to the outside of the finished exterior wall. Seems to me this would be a source of heat loss with part of the heated slab being outdoors. I expected some kind of thermal break at the doors.

If done properly there should be foam board insulation under the slab. On the sides the insulation should also be along the block wall and cut on a 45 degree angle so the top of the concrete covers the insulation up. Can't think of how you could tell it was in there.
