Radiant Floor Heating Questions - 42' x 48'

I'm getting ready to stand up a new shop behind my house and I'd like to find out more information about radiant floor heating. I'm not sure that this is the best method of heating for a shop of this size but it seems like if I'm going to do it...now is the time.
Where can I learn more info about laying the PEX line? What diameter? Spacing? Number of runs or pattern that I should lay out? Is there insulation underneath the concrete? Lots more questions like these.
I know nothing about it at this point but this site appears to have lots of good info on it.
