Radiant heat and floor drains

I did a search about this topic and found that with or without heat floor drains are preferred, which is what I am planning for my build. What I would like to know is, are there any special steps or precautions I should take for installing drains in a heated floor system? I plan on the usual 1 floor drain between 2 bays of a 2 car garage with a slight amount of fall to the drain.
