Do u want to guess or know what u need? A manual j load needs to be run to tell u exactly what your load is. Straight electric is 100% efficient heat pumps are more efficient and even at -5*f there the same or better. Chilltrex makes a air to water unit. Ever have radiate heat there is nothing better. Cold winter night floor is warm it's not nice it's awesome.
