I am putting radiant heat in my garage.
I need to know how much wall space is needed so the pex comes out the right distance from the corner of my shop.
30 x 56
6 loops
closed loop with heat exchanger
wall mounted boiler
I hope I provided enough information,I am doing this at work on break.

They make PEX pipe support benders that will get the tubes into the vincity of your manifold. The support are screwed to framing.

I would figure 4’ wide & 8’ tall, probably need less but i mounted my manifold at about 36”.
My boiler is mounted at eye level and pumps are in between....

Consider how you are going to vent the boiler first. Proper venting clearances will determine location of the mechanical area. I am always amazed at how much wall space the systems take up. Vent, body of boiler, low-loss header, zone valve/circs, manifold piping and before you know it you are doing the piping on your hands and knees. 4' should be sufficient.

More room than 4' x 8' if you are doing boiler, heat exchanger and a couple pumps to run it. But the pex can come up anywhere that you have room to mount the manifold and then run the supply and return lines to it. It is all the other stuff that takes up space and makes the routing to/from the manifolds a pain.
