Im rebuilding an orchard sprayer. parts are pretty non existent. I need to recreate the grill like the one in this picture as its the same model I have. I was thinking of making a jig and using my shop press to make the angle bends of which there are 6. any suggestions?

Just a long shot but it looks similar to the louvers we use in commercial HVAC on the exterior of buildings. I know our suppliers custom make them to virtually any size. Just a thought, not sure if you're looking for something more original or not

I assume you mean the square grill on the front, not the side louvers?

you could maybe get some cheap thin scrap angle iron and cut to length and weld them into a frame for the same look. if you have a tractor supply or some place that sells Chinese quads/atv's/etc. they always come in a steel shipping cage made from really thin 1" angle. I use that stuff for all kinds of projects, and you can often get it for free out of their trash pile...just a thought...

Yes the front grill... it needs to be perforated metal so there is airflow through the radiator
