I am, for some reason, lucky in raffle. I have probably won 23-25 guns, couple dozen prints etc. Last weekend the SO and I went to a home show locally. I won nothing but she won a nice little Dewalt set up. 20V, with a cordless drill and a hammer drill, in a nice carry bag with 2 batteries and a charger in a nice carry bag. First tool rin of any significance in the family

Nice, I never win stuff like that ever. But my dad won a box of 22 shells once and let me shoot some.

****? Dude, you HYPERsuck!!! :D :D My dad was kinda lik that (I have his blackout model 1100 he left me, still NIB, that HE won in a DU raffle) but 25-35? D-a-a-a-a-a-m-m-m....

Those Dewalt 20V setups are SWEET! One of our prime contractors has a tech that has a set of those - down to the impact driver he uses *all* the time - plenty of power, run for hours on a charge.

Of course, you know what this means - the red line down the middle of the workbench - your side and HER side - and she starts her own Cornwell tool account.... :bounce:

I'm the complete opposite. Bought countless 50/50 raffle tickets, nada in return. Forever buying raffle tickets, again, nothing. I always have a feeling this this time will be the time I win, but never happens. I've been entering that GoPro giveaway every day for the past few years, nothing (the giveaway a couple days ago)

Congrats though, and you ****! lol :)

She actually has as many tools as I do, but hers are for woodworking, marquetry etc. She is the only woman in the world I will do mechanical projects with. Cleans parts, tags and bags them, hands me tools, the right ones every time. Helps me with heavy stuff due to my disability. Best woman ever

She doesn't have a boat but we buy boats to rehab and resell. She has taken over the painting and buffing while I concentrate on structural, wiring and mechanical aspects. We work quite well together.
