You seem to have gravity loads under control. If you haven’t done so already you might want to review lateral force design with your architect. I only suggest this because you were left to fend for yourself re rafter connection details and the sketch and photos you provided do not make clear how that might work. I am a bit paranoid about that due to my location where I need to deal with significant EQ forces and 130 mph wind design speed.
