Rain water goes under walk thru door.

I don't get it. I have a weather strip under the door and it still does the same thing where I have a puddle of water making it's way 3ft across the floor anytime the wind blows it against the door.

Please post some pics. I had the same problem until I built a bigger canopy over the door to block the wind driven rain from angling in past my old door and its old frame that is no longer perfectly square.
