I think brick flooring will be a pain in the **** in a garage. It will trap dirt and be difficult to sweep. The cracks could be annoying for rolling items across (such as cart w/ casters). I'd use those bricks as a wall treatment someplace.

I think the biggest problem you will have is adjusting your door. You might not be able to get the gap out, at the top, without raising your door tracks.

i should be able to raise everything 2" and it shouldn't be a problem, and actually help me out a little with my height problems while the door is open

planning on getting new door and hardware

Had a friend who installed the 12-foot wide brick pattern sheet flooring in their garage. It really looked sharp! They parked two cars on it regularly and did some woodworking. They would also use the space as a family room. When I last saw it it had been down for about four years and still looked good.

it will be cheaper than any other method for ME other than maybe a DIY epoxy and wouldn't take but maybe a weekends worth of work

Have you tried to wipe oil or paint off brick??? Nevermind the dirt that will build up in the low spots between the pattern.

a sealed brick wouldnt be much different than concrete

the pavers i would be using shouldnt be any low spots, the are squared edge 4x8 pavers
