Check out Builder's Materials Outlet south of the Twin Cities. Their warehouse is huge with builder's overstock, scratch and dent and they do online auctions. I'm not sure if they ship but I've bought custom doors (full size, not kitchen) and odds and ends off of them over the years.

Most of the stuff is new but they will keep used cool stuff and sell that, I imagine the custom doors are last minute rejects by the end customer, some are extremely nice and usually under $80.

I needed a bunch for a kitchen remodel, 43? doors and drawer fronts and wound up making my own. With a good router and bits it's a pretty easy process, at least technically. Building as many as I did was a tedious chore, even with assembly line / batch methods. But a relatively small number, I'd say go for it.

Those look great! Usually my dad has made all mine in the past, but i was trying to give him a break on this project. Thought maybe i could find reasonable priced unfinished ones i could stain and call it good [emoji1787].

the cabinet door shop in hot spring Arkansas. I know some cabinet makers who just build the boxes and order the doors from them. Its cheaper than making the doors themselves.

Check out cabinetdoorworld.com. I need 2 cheap doors for a dropoff area and just ordered them today after looking around a bit on the web. I just got the MDF ones since they will be painted but they have lots of options including oak and other hardwoods.

I ordered about forty drawers and doors of all different sizes from fastcabinetdoors.com. They arrived on a pallet two weeks later.

Everything was perfect. PM me if you want me to dig up some pics.

I needed some to make a kitchen island. Actually found some cabinets that were an exact match. Could have had all the cabinets for free. Only problem as they had to be refinished. I could not use the hidden hinge because routing out the back would have went straight out the front. So I had to stay with a visible hinge.
The one with the microwave were original and the island was made to match. They actually match the lighting just didn’t play fair for pics.:lol_hitti

Don’t know if used doors are a fit for you but I liked the Solid Ash doors compared to the pressed sawdust and glue.

had good luck with unfinished, raised panel cherry from
https://www.cabinetdoorworld.com/. made in NC, and
local wood (maple, cherry, oak, etc)

great prices, but for the cherry, there was probably 5% sapwood (which I
took out with oil paints and glaze). finished everything with tungoil/polycrylic.
no sanding necessary.

everything arrived very well packed/padded on a pallet w/no damage
going across country.

they have been sending me email specials, so prices are
usually better than website if you watch for them.

Glad to hear you have had good luck with them. I just ordered a couple of MDF doors from them over the weekend.

Try Conestoga. Our commercial cabinet shop found they could make any sized doors cheaper and better than we could and we used them for years. Good quality product at affordable prices.
