Only have a bobcat and 2 helpers, need to raise this wall, would rather do it in 2 sections but it has a 16 wide x 14 high door opening in the middle. What do you guys figure the best way to raise it is? I was thinkin building 2 sections and lifting the header in after but that is always a PITA.

I would do it in 2 Sections. You may want to leave the Beam as long as you can just to extend into each side of the door as far as possible. Or run an extra Plate on top of the whole Wall after the sections are up and the Beam is in place to tie it all together nice and strong.

You just need more guys to do this if you want to just raise it all at once. If you build it on the ground you will really want to leave the Beam long or use a Top Plate on top of everything to tie it all together before raising it too. Hell you could even Square it up and Sheet it on the ground also. The only thing with Sheeting the Wall before standing it up is the wind factor. If it gets windy then don't try it unless you already have other walls up to tie into right away. Once the first part comes up make sure everyone is comfortable with the weight and you have a couple guys with the same various lengths of 2x4's standing by for a rest in the middle of the lift and to help it up all of the way. Use the BobCat to tie the wall off too so when the Wall is vertical and starts to go over the Rope catches it before it topples. Don't just tie the rope off in the Center either. Tie it off in 2 places 1/4 or 1/3 or so in from the ends of the Wall.

I built my walls on the flat. one of them was 30' long. All 12' tall. Framed, wrapped, sheeted, painted, and even with windows and trim installed.

I was lucky enough to have a truck available though. I simply borrowed one from work for the job.
