Looking to raise the floor in my porch. It cement with tiles. I'm wanting to raise it up to match the inside floors bc im going to be closing in the porch to make it part of the rest of the house (needs to raised 2 to 3inches) but I want all the floors to be level. What's What's best way to raise it? The floor also slops a bit away from the house not sure how much.

I'm located in FL if that matters.

Cost is a factor and would like to not have to rip the tiles up but if need to I will if there is no choice.

It's around 700sqft

We did something that may have been similar. We had a sunroom additon that had a slab on grade floor that was about 3 steps down from the rest of the house. To raise it, we considered beam and joists but that would have left a very shallow crawlspace under neath, so we got enough used white foamboard from a roof tear off to raise the floor. Solid foam insulation, with 2 layers of t&g waferboard over it, and then Marmoleum tiles over that. The 2 lavers of waferboard (Blandex) were glued and screwed together with staggered joints, and they weren't fastened to the foam but allowed to float a bit. The Marmoleum tile worked well and we have been happy with the whole project for the last few years since finishing it.

It only needs to be raises a few inches. How would beams work? It's all one solid slab part of the whole house.

I was thinking of raising it with Durock cement board type stuff? Maybe a few layers? I'm wanting to put vinyl plank flooring in that room

We have seen this done by adding pea gravel to the floor to a bit under the level you want. Then pour a self-leveler like Ardex, CMP or Rapid Set. The initial coat will sink in a bit and show some texture, but a second coat would be glass smooth.
