I have filled in my pool and am thinking about what to do I need another shed for my toys and a place to work on them. the pool space is 16x32 and I thought about putting a wood deck down and building on top of it. Money is a issue and so I am looking for ideas. Thought about using a metal garage bldg but what I really want is a shop that looks like a old wooden gas station. any ideas. Thanks...

By "filled in" what do you mean? Gravel? Dirt? Is it up to the top? I know a guy that built a deck flush with the top of his pool. No building on top/

I was using it for a garden so its mostly within 3 inches from the cement. I will finish filling in, The friend that placed a deck on top any pics and info I would love to talk to someone that's been there done that. for comments... Thanks for the reply,

Well, I'm afraid to tell you that he didn't fill in the pool. He braced off the gunite pool lining. He says he intends to make the pool active at some point in the future when his kids are older. Makes no sense to me.

Just wanted to update it's been awhile and decide to put up a quosent hut which I picked up cheap, Still a work in progress went with a cement floor where the pool was here's a link to the album still need grout in channels (coming) doors and electrical, crowded right now till the grout is finished...
