Purchased the Ranger RFJ2TX, made in China.... First one was defective and was returned, second one is GREAT! I use it on VW MKIV, Porsche 951, and Porsche 968 which all are lowered on coils, then used it for a '95 Landcruiser lift install. The main problem is that it's pricey, then second is the hump behind the saddle can limit it's placement. For the above cars I use a piece of wood to prevent undercarriage damage and to gain some clearance for the hump. I guess the last tidbit thing that I dislike is the plastic front wheels... I have an old craftsman 2.5t aluminum that leaks like a pig but was nice when it worked and this ranger replaced it for general duties. I also have an old chinese Torin 3t that I use as backup as well and leaks just as much as the craftsman...
The Ranger has yet to leak, the Omega and AFF seem like a higher tier of Chinese products so still might pick another one up. I do have a Torin 3.5t low profile but think one of the pumps went out since it's pretty slow now.... Eh, the construction is OK on the chinese stuff but I would pay more for better hydraulics or swap to a better hydraulic unit.
is that jack that lifts 32 inches capable of lifting my john deere tractor? its a john deere model A 1951 year that i think weighs 5,500 pounds
