Apparently Binford is now owned by Harbor Freight, 'cause that sure looks like the HF black tool cart and Pittsburgh nutdrivers, wrenches, and hex key sets!

Yup, the tools used on the show were all Craftsman and red in color. Quite a few of the lesser props have been sold on ebay, but last I heard the bigger pieces were traveling amongst the various Disney parks. I saw them in 2001 anyway, not sure about today.

didnt walmart sell binford tools for a very short period? I remember they existed (and were garbage) but i dont remember which retailer

I was at Disney word a long time ago and bought a Binford t-shirt thats says "real men don't need instructions". Every time I wear it someone asks me if Binford actually makes tools.

Haha. I have too was at Disney about 93-94 and I remember a little section with some stuff from the show. I got a shirt with tim holding up a Binford sawzall with the words "Caution Man With Tool" across it.
I don't remember where it was (maybe Disney) but I absolutly know I saw some crappy tools with the name Binford on them somewhere in my life.
