Ratchet ID help

Hello All,
Anyone recognize this ratchet? Picked it up at an estate sale awhile ago and just now cleaning it up. I guess it would be described as pressed steel construction but it has machine screws holding the two halves together. 5/8" square drive. No markings that I can find. Thanks for your thoughts.

Probably for a jack

I've seen similar wrenches used as valve handles in old factories where access was limited and no room for a wheel handle.
