Ratchet ID

Found this at an estate sale. I can't find a brand or part number.

The ratcheting mechanism was sticky so I pulled it apart, cleaned it, added some fresh grease, and it seems to work fairly well so far.

Anybody recognize it or know if rebuild parts are available?

The teeth aren't perfect, but still seem to be working.
