Ratchet Identification

Was just looking on craigslist to see if there was any cheap ratchets to add to the hoard, saw this ad for a metal box with the junk in it for $10. Most of it looks like the standard import round head garbage, but the pear head on top doesn't look too bad.
Can anyone tell what it is?

Did Proto sell pear heads that weren't the 24 tooth variety? My first impression was proto but that circle below the drive end isn't anything like the 5249's.

This. The shape is not quite right for a Proto Empire rat (Plomb/Proto/Penens/Fleet/etc etc etc).

The Indestro rat (if it works) and the box (if it works too) are worth the 10-spot. The rest looks like ballast.
