I have one of my smaller drawers that is just ratchets and extensions. The ratchets are lined up in the front and the extensions are on socket rails in the back. Easy to get at and looks nice to boot.

I keep the top drawer for ratchets then every size also gets one of the cheap Craftsman ratchets in their drawer for that size. I keep breaker and speed drives in yet another drawer and extensions also get their own as well as having a few mixed in with the corresponding drive sizes.

Left side of my top drawer sorted by drive size and length. Just have to be mindful to put them back in the spot they came from and it stays all neat and tidy. I also find that if tools are organized well, I can fit more in a given space and still have no issues finding the tool Im looking for.

Just pack the drawer so nothing moves around...

Wait, why wasn't the 24" Breaker Bar not put away? Just noticed that. Haha.
