Ratchet Plate screw questions.....

I am going to replace some screws on some of my ratchets that are looking a little chewed up and thought I would ask what size some of them are? Thanks for the info.(Also they are all screw, not the torx snap on's)

Snap on

1/4=?
3/8=maybe 4-40?
1/2=the one I am going to replace is an old-71mv isn't a 10-32 it is smaller, but not sure what size?

Let me save you some trouble: even if you get the correct thread pitch from the hardware store, they won't work; get the OEM screws.

The plomb worked fine, and as for the snap on, I have enough oem, but wanted to pick up some more spares to save the oem, but I need to trust Merkava so, I guess I will use what I have and when I place another snap on order, I will order some more.

Those Snap-On and MAC ratchet screws are custom made just for them. Their screws are partially threaded just for going through the cover plate and their heads are made to fit down in the recess of the holes; not to mention they're a special length too.

You can order SO screws from their online parts catalog; but for the MAC screws, you gotta chase down a dealer. I once drove all the way across town to catch a dealer to get one single screw for the direction lever of a MAC.
