Ratchet Retaining Ring Help

I am trying to locate the correct name a location where I can buy some the "retaining rings"? in the picture. Any help you can provide would be great.

Thank you, not sure, trying to repair an old SK ratchet. The ratchet is great but missing the retaining ring.

Tried that, said they were sending one and no show, have another email out to them. Guess it is worth calling again on Monday. Great minds think alike.

Expect very, very slow service from them. Every time I have had to order or warranty anything it takes 1-2 months for it to show up

I CALLED about a ratchet rebuild kit about a month ago and it came within a week. Reading these forums shows a vast difference in responses from SK.

Yeah that is interesting. When I emailed about getting a new breaker bar drive repair kit, they emailed me back within a day saying that they would get one on the way. Two weeks later I emailed them again and they said it was on its way. Another two weeks passed before the parts finally showed up. I have quite a bit of SK stuff that was passed down to me from my great grandfather that I really love to use because of the family history, but man they really need to work on their customer service.

I should have plenty of those clips in my repair parts. What size drive do you need it for? I'll send a clip no problem
