I have SK in those sizes which are very nice with a good , fine tooth, smooth action. A spinner doesen't really have to be super strong because of the way they are used. If you could get a full grip and really apply presure, you would be able to use a ratchet. I've neverheard of a spinner being worn out, buti can be corrected.
The 1/4 inch and 3/8 SKs are the same size, just different drive sizes. For really close places, I took the guts out of a couple of cheap ratchets and used them for spinners. No ratcheting action, of course, but occasionally convenient.
