I'm not sure if 72 teeth is fine enough for you but, Tekton.com has this model:I would like a fine tooth 3/4" ratchet.
3/4 Inch Drive x 22 Inch Non-Quick-Release Ratchet | TEKTON
Classic non-quick-release ratchet with 72-tooth gear, 5-degree swing, and 1000 ft-lb. torque. Ultra-compact head and sleek, comfortable handle. SRH01322.
22 inches long with an interestingly shaped handle. not sure why Tekton doesn't offer it in 90 tooth as with their other ratchets. At $70 seems like it won't break the bank.
I don't work on large trucks so, the 3/4 drive sockets I have see more duty as seal drivers than anything else.
