I picked one similar to that up at Princess Auto back in the summer for a couple bucks. Mine has a 1/4 hex on one end (mostly recessed) and a 1/4" square drive for sockets on the other face.

That looks handy. I used a rigged version of that last weekend to change my door lock actuator, but that thing looks much nicer. How's the backdrag on it?

got a 3pc set from HF. biggest sloppiest POS ever...that one looks pretty decent.

but what I actually USE is what looks like a flex head ratchet with the handle removed, escept it never had a handle and has 2 3/8" hex spots to add a ratchet or breaker, one on top and one where the handle would be. no idea who made it, Stanley maybe...

Astro - is yours reversible or do you flip it over? That "wing" for lack of better word, will accept a 1/4" drive breaker bar?

Arrived today.. It's pretty neat, the only thing I find annoying is the fact that the magnet is too strong and it's very hard to pull the bit out without gloves

That looks awesome :D
