This is a fully polished Truecraft wrench set. My guess is that this wrench set is from the early 2000s. These are made in Japan.
Truecraft was a brand of mostly Japanese tools marketed by Daido. Many of the tools were made the the Japanese tool company SEK. I think SEK may have been the OEM for these wrenches.
These are basic, but good quality wrenches. They have no owner's marks. They have some normal finish wear.
The box end features a flank-drive style design that looks very similar to Bonney and Utica's Loc-Rite design.
The 18mm is a satin finish Truecraft that matches the rest of the set. The 20mm is a fully polished KD wrench that actually looks very similar to the rest of the set.
