UltimateGarage.com is a good place to buy Facom tools in the US, and there is a spreadsheet linked on the website with catalog number, price, and country of origin. Facom has production in several European countries and Taiwan, at least the tools I have looked at.

I've got a few Facom items (440 series wrenches, palm control ratchet) and everything has been very good so far.

I have a few Facom tools, some made in Taiwan others made in France. Both COO products are Great and I don't see a difference in quality. My Facom tools range from wrenches to ratchets (plural). I also Love the finish on the wrenches and the way they feel in your hand while using them. I do not own the 11 in one that you're asking about, so no help there.

Most of my hand tools are Facom and the quality of all of them is top drawer. I have been using them for about 8 years now, nothing has broken and everything still works like it did when it was new. I'm highly impressed with the fit and finish, and the ergonomics is superb. Definitely up there with the best tools you can buy, but their supreme comfort clinches the No. 1 spot for me.

The few facom tools i have are good quality. That 11-n-1 ratchetimg wrench set looks neat and a good idea for a road box/car box or for home use. Not something i would wanna deal with in the shop. Having individual wrenches is more convienient. Plus it looks a little on the short side.

I have one pair of NOS SK snap ring pliers that were made in France and I'm pretty sure they're Facom. I've only used them a handful of times so far, but I really like them. They feel very durable.

Here, almost every professional garage has all-facom toolboxes (mechanics don't buy their tools themselves). It's almost always the first brand mentioned when talking about 'quality tools'. Most people here have never even heard of Snap on and the like, but still we manage to get some things done, oddly :)

Dang, Rico, I gotta say I'm slightly envious of your setup. Nice box, sir!

Worked a few years with facom at a previous job, great tools overal.
Stay away from the older model screwdrivers though.
The ones with the red handle with the gray knobby on the end.

When applying a lot of torque, the knobby bit comes loose, and after that keeps coming loose. They also tended to cause blisters in my hand, a problem i never had with gedore, pb swiss or wiha screwdrivers. I ended up ordering a pb swiss set to replace them.

Also on the older model ratchets, especially the 1/4 and 3/8 inch after a few years the rubber handles would start slipping off.
Solved that by glueing them back on, never had that problem again.

Forward / reverse ring tended to get caught on stuff in thight spaces, as the ring was slightly wider than the ratchets head
And thus switch the ratchet the wrong way or into neutral, which was sometimes annoying as hell.
Ordered some midlock / lazer snap-on look-a-like ratchets on sale for those occasions.

Never had any other mayor issues with Facom tools, and the newer screwdrivers seem a lot nicer.

But i really hate there old screwdrivers with a passion

Thanks Chaps... Not every tool is Facom, I've got some Britool and some Halfords Pro
stuff in there as well, but allot is, and I can't even nit pic a fault with them... Really great tools.

I've got a 3/8 drive short ratchet and a standard length 1/2 drive ratchet. The grease in the heads of both dried up and they wouldn't ratchet. Take apart, clean and oil, good as new. The 3/8" has really fine teeth, hardly have to move it before it clicks. Got them through work at a prior employer, should have gotten more.
