Swivel sockets especially the 1/4 drive are nice to have, for 3/8 drive I just use a universal and regular sockets. Depends a lot on what your uses are.

i would have to say swivel sockets offset wrenches then the metric distributor wrenches the 1/4 swivel sockets are awsome for working in confind spaces i reccomed buying top of the line though i have used some cheaper versions craftsman and some other off brands and they bind at tight angles were the snapon's still turn with no binding def worth the price plus i havent broke a snappy but i have brook a few of the of brand pieces the off set wrenchs are good to have my most used is my 1/2x9/16 inch i would be lost without it lol and the distributer wrench is the least used tool on the list and could be borrowd if needed

3/8" swivels are the BEST. I use em most of the time.

The rest, I would say not very useful, until you need em.

The swivel socket first then offset and metric dist wrenches last. I have 1/4 and 3/8 swivel but hardly ever use them, offset wrenches used even less and a metric dist wrench never. However the swivel sockets when I did have to use them were invaluable. Offset wrenches I have always been able to use sockets instead to get to the bolt. For the few times I have needed to get to a metric dist I have been able to use either a socket or wrench without much trouble. I would consider obstruction wrenches before offset or dist wrench myself. They are seldom used but they are worth their weight in gold when needed.

I have both full sets of metric and standard, 1/4" and 3/8" drive swivels. They get used all the time at the shop. I bought Craftsman, and filled in them with the Snap~on ones that Sears doesn't sell (5.5 and 15mm 1/4" drive). Once you have used them, you find there are area's that they fit so much better then a short socket on a wobble.

My metric distributer wrenchs were all bought off of ebay, 6 US made wrenchs for $20. Well worth that, but with today's non carburated, and distributerless vehicles, not that often used. (I have seen other mechanics use a crowsfoot, on an extension, or even the wobbles). So you might just get them on a need be basis.

Offset wrenchs, since my combo's are offset on the box size (various brands by different degree's from 5 to 15), the ones I most often use, are the ones for the brake bleeder valves.

If it says USA, then it has to be made here. (then it would be imported from the USA).
Since Stanley lost the suite with the FTC, here, due to importing tools from China, and advertising and marking them as Made in the USA, the restrictions have received greater enforcement. So most likely, it's from China/Taiwain/ etc.

I have a few Craftsman Canada tools (Sears doesn't carry them here, yet) and they are of asian manufacturer.
