Well, the ".co.uk" part of that URL leads me to believe that their garages are all designed for Mini's & Smart cars. Hence the abbreviated garage plans. The "spiffy" part looks great with a clown car parked inside.

Those do look nice. They are a company out of the U.K. that seems to cater to building expensive garages on small urban plots, hence the smaller footprint. Any built up area in Europe is going to have smaller garages than we are used to in the U.S.

It would not be hard to take one of their designs and basically scale it up to be 25% bigger all around.
