I have just poured my floor. Concrete guys put a smoothing trowel with a very fine finish to it. Am I able to epoxy over this finish? Or do I have to get it etched prior to applying. Week old concrete that has not been driven on. I am considering Legs ultimate clear sealer system. Or if I can find out what this product is.

Grind or etch, yes epoxy does not like a smooth sealed surface.
The picture shows a tri-coat system. Primer, base and flake, clear topcoat.

Even though it is new concrete, unfortunately concrete cures with a strong film on the surface that prevents easy penetration from a sealer or other coating. It has to be opened by grinding or acid etching. You also should wait for 30 days before coating because chemicals keep coming out of the concrete as it is curing.
