This was installed at a sears tire center and used to lift tires from ground floor up to the elevated tire racks. 3 phase motor but could be changed to a single phase if you needed that instead (1.5 HP)
Basically a flat platform runs into the angled lifting conveyor part. The lift conveyor ends at a flat roller table on the upper level. I think its all adjustable as to heights and angles.
