I just got a used one on Ebay for $56 shipped. Any got one? Like it? I just snapped the handle off my vintage Lyman turret an found they don't make replacement parts anymore. I'll weld a grade 8 bolt onto it eventually and use it as a decapper only. Never owned an RCBS press before, love thier dies though. Any thoughts.

The jr 2 was supposed to be an economy press I believe. I rolled a couple hundred rounds through mine and it didnt feel too 'economy' to me. Solid iron and smooth. Certainly much better than the L-frame Lee that I had.

I love my Jr2. I have several presses and the little Jr is one of my favorites for .30-06 and shorter case lengths. Very good press. Mine was built in 1973 and is still solid and tight.

Well I finally got it in and set up. SB sized some 06 military. All I can say is wow. Silky smooth and real good leverage. Made short work out of those coffee cans! Thanks for the replies!
