Just discovered this site a few nights ago and have spent a lot of hours since looking over your man-caves. I am going to be buying a new Honda Dual Sport Mortorcycle (XR650L) and a Honda Sport Quad (400EX) and stuffing them into my existing 3 car garage. Here are my questions:
1. Can I re-do my current epoxy flooring by re-applying directly over top of whats down now? Some parts have chipped away and the first time around we didn't use enough of the chips so it doesn't look the way I'd like. I'd be switching colors from the gray to the tan if possible.
2. How do you guys paint the stripes and what kind of paint do you use? I've seen some very nice designs on this forum so far and I'd like to go with a grey, red, black, and white stripe look to keep with the Honda and Craftsmen theme.
3. Storage is going to be the main expense on this re-design so what do you guys suggest? I'd like enclosed cabinets up along the front wall from floor to ceiling if possible. By not having a basement we've been using the cheap shelving units from Home Depot but I do not like the look of them and we're going to need to elimate what we have to help create space for the new toys. I haven't seen many projects where guys build their own cabinets so I need some help on this one if you guys have any ideas.
