I'm new to the garage and enjoy reading and learning from all post's read. This week I will finish the purchase of a Steelmaster building. The construction will take some time because of need for fill dirt for foundation. The 40'w 30'd by 6" monolithic slab will have hydronic heat in floor. The decision of floor heat caused a scaled back plan of 40' by 60' because expense of hydronics. At a later date the length can be added to front of Steelmaster building with some ease because of simple design.
