Looking for suggestions on how I could re-purpose these aluminum tubes.

These tubes were left in my barn from the former enter 10 years ago. The original use was for grain aeration.

I'm thinking of cutting them in half and possibly use as boot / shoe storage.

any other ideas?

If you are a beer brewer you could probably cut one down and make a grain grinder out of one of them at least. Yeah i think i could make a good grain mill out of one of those

That would have been my idea also would be to make lights out of them. Make some sort of a base, some sort of a top, and add some low voltage lights inside running off of a transformer.

They would look great down along a walkway or if you had a tree large enough, hang them straight down out of a tree for a different type of illumination still using low voltage lights inside.
