Read New Posts Since Last Visit-Option Available??

On many other forums (though no others are as good as this one ) there is an option to click to read all new posts since your last visit. It avoids you having to back to the main menu and clicking on every different area one by one. I'm sure you know what I mean.
Is this available on this site? I could not find it.

Yeah, click on the "quick links" tab above, right. Then click on "new posts".

Click on your name beside one of your posts and then "Find More Posts by MXtras."
