I've been slobbering over a good 4 post lift for quite sometime now, and am almost ready to bite the bullet and buy one, the only problem is there are too darn many brands out there to choose from

I was have learned that the on the 4 supportive posts on the cheaper ones they just have rectangular tabs welded on them for the locks to click onto....that just doesn't seem smart...and the nicer ones have holes laser cut into them for the locks to click into (which you would think would be a cheaper method and faster for production purposes)

some i'm looking at

I like the idea of having a 4 post lift with optional castors so it can be moved if necessary, but that's not a deal breaker

this actually looks like a heck of a deal

http://www.ebay.com/itm/BendPak-HD9...:g:l8oAAOSwsB9WAYhL&item=381412847162&vxp=mtr

I have plenty of space, so that's not a problem....whats your all's opinions? wanting a good quality 4 post lift without breaking the bank, thanks alot

Mine is the cheaper one with the blocks welded on. almost 10 yrs now and it holds my wagon over my mustang daily and has held my expedition also so take it for what its worth. Oh yeah i also had a 2 post 9000 lb lift and they both have good and bad points . if i had enough room i would have one of each

I dont think you can go wrong with BendPak. When there is a 5000 lb vehicle over my head I prefer a brand name product holding it up :) I have no complaints about my HD9 4 post or my 2 post.
