I'm still kicking myself for not buying a bronze wok when I was in Phuket. (although I got a bronze griddle that is really nice).

If you are in Phuket, just east of the mall on the main street, there is (or at least was) a hardware/cookware shop. Look in the back - they had some, as well as loads of cooking stuff.

Hi folks,

old thread but I made some nic epics of an Isuzu Shop and their tools.
Not really much (most were defect :lol_hitti) but I want to share the pics with you all guys here. The Thai mechs thought I'm crazy as I asked to take some pics of the tools....:pimpflash:lol_hitti
Had the snapon catalouge as a PDF on my smartphone...Oh my lord they were so jealous !!!!

First the Tool Chest

Followed by the top drawer

And the 2nd drawer

Next pics are from some tool shops in Bangkok, they sell almost all the same tools and price range is similar to the USA prices but lower than here in germany.

Next pics are from Bangkoks SIAM Paragon shopping centre, giant centre full of luxory stuff and prices are...wow, even for western guys not payable...cup coffe 6 $ !!!! Sturbucks becomes cheap now (2$)!!!!

In SIAM Paragon is a shop like sears, spreaded over 4 or 5 levels. Found those tools from King Tony and a "wall" full of FACOM Tools (unsharp pic), but like I wrote...way to expensive

Hope you enjoy my stuff!!!

Vessel Ball Screwdrivers are made in Thailand...

Thanks for the pics, it's interesting to see how things are in other parts of the world.

The King Tony sets are at least 5(ish) years old!....

That's because these ones don't have the rubber rings on the sockets that were introduced around 2008/2009 (or even earlier, don't have the correct catalogue on hand at the moment).

I also saw a lot of older Facom packaging materials...

So to say that they sell a lot of tools?... Or maybe it's NOS?

Het foto was in laatste september (2012) geschoten, eigenaardig dat dit in een luxe winkelcentrum gebeurt, waar je mal even en Lamborghini je' kunt kopen.

In english:

That picture was taken in last december, strange to me that this happens in a luxory shopping centre where you can buy a Lamborghini.

I remember it was in a shelf for special offers...yes...that makes sense.
