Craftsman 41588 is the largest that I know of... 3/8" x 12" (or 17" if you include the handle)... You can find them NOS on eBay...

Jokes aside, not only is the giant Snap-On screwdriver real, it's one of several giant display tools that Snap-On has made! 
According to the various sale posts these pics came from, the screwdrivers, ratchets, and wrenches are about 4 feet long; and the pliers are about 2 feet long. They seem to sell for $200-$300 each.
