What's a reasonable priced 1/4 torque wrench that goes as low as 50 in-lb?

I like the Precision Instrument split beam type, but they don't make one that goes that low. Lowest is 120 in-lb with is too much for the porsche valve cover.

I have a craftsman click type, but I don't like it.

thanks,
anthony

Not sure if you're looking for name-brand, but the Harbor Freight 1/4" drive torque wrench has a 20-200 in-lb range and can be had for about $15 on sale. Reports say that they are pretty accurate...

Anything of good quality in the <$100 range? I'm looking for above quality than Craftsman.
