I kinda hate to admit it because there are dang few items I would recommend from Harbor Freight, but their $0.99 multipurpose scissors are a good value. I've got a pair in the kitchen, in every toolbox, in the truck, and in my bailout bag.
+1. These things may not be the sharpest out there, but for the $$ you can't go wrong. I seem to get quite a bit of use out of them. When they die I just buy another.
