These have been shown many times by tool reviewers to be the exact same as the Knipex; made in Germany and everything...but this way, we get an unlimited lifetime warranty instead of Knipex's normal limited lifetime warranty.

Hard to beat this deal. I bought one of each. They'll be my first-ever Knipex purchases.

They're $45 for a two pack at my Sears & on the website, and that's the next cheapest price I found on the internet. $12 off is definitely a good enough deal for that ebay guy to get my money.

Yeah, Sears had the two piece set on sale a couple of months ago. I got them for $31.44, taxed and out the door.
