Rebranded snap on drivers or knockoffs ?

Picked up these drivers from the flea market this morning. They're labelled ITC but look awfully like the older snap ons.

This is all the info I found on them.

Anyone else find them similar or know anything more about the company ?

Those are just cheap knockoffs. Harbor Snot made similar ones.
