Bumping this back up with a little different question: Supporting a copper coil. Any ideas?

I was thinking about using PVC wood (plastic baseboard trim offcuts left over from finishing my garage), drilling holes down the middle then cutting it in half on the bandsaw and clamping the coil similar to the picture of the flare tool I attached.

Another idea I had was to weave some 12ga or 14ga wire (strip some nm-b) through the coils and solder/weld/sweat the copper wire to the copper pipe. That would mean a little more copper to pull heat and make the overall coil more rigid.

Picture of coil is nine loops. Once I figure out all the plumbing and how I'm going to attach it to the compressor I hope I can add 3-5 more loops. I know y'all think I'm crazy for doing this. Budget so far:

Compressor: free
Copper pipe: already owned it
Copper elbows/90s: $20
Solder, flux map gas: already had it
Welding wire & metal: had it
Misc. fittings & adapters: $20
150mm 240V 190cfm fan: $25
Comp oil + gasket material: $20

I'll probably be $150 into it when I'm done (and 150 hours :)

One other question about the pressure relief valve. The Devilbiss compressor has a pressure relief port at the cylinder head. The tank I'm using is from a craftsman oil-less unit so pressure relief port is at the check valve at the tank. Can I use a T and tie the pressure relief port at the check valve and head together then pipe both to the pressure switch? Or should I just cap the pressure relief port at the check valve/tank? Thanks.
