Rebuild my compressor manifold.

My 29 gallon cman manifold needs replacing, bad thteads, etc. Id like it to be taller and more accessible. Probably put a new PS that has a on/off lever.

Who sells the pieces parts i would need to customize this?

You can use any pipe thread elbows, tees, or manifolds. One suggestion I have is to toss every roll of teflon tape you own and buy some rector seal.

What size should the tank connection be?

Take it off and size it at the local hardware store. I could tell you what I think, but you should probably have it done IRL not from a picture.

The fittings are all standard NPT (national pipe thread) fittings. You can find them anywhere that has a plumbing department. There's nothing special there just because it's a compressor.

As said, take yours to the store with you to get the correct sizes.

Also so you don't look dumb, NPT goes by the inside diameter of the fitting, nothing to do with the thread size. Does that make sense?

Don't toss it, use both. A few layers of tape and dope on top. That's what I do, with either tape or dope alone I've had a few leaks, never when using both.

I agree with the pipe dope. So long as the parts are structurally sound just use the dope to seal leaks that are too much for the Teflon tape.
