Rebuild Williams WRS-1 Screwdriver

Those two screwdrivers take the same rebuild kit right? If they do, I'll order a kit from Snap-on instead of sending the Williams screwdriver in for replacement. I'm 99% sure the Snap-on kit is the same exact kit for the Williams. How do you disassemble the Snap-on screwdriver? Do I need to get some real small nose pliers to squeeze those ears together to remove the cap? After that, what do I do?

Thank you JR 42. I was searching all over for that thread but I was searching under the word "rebuild" and that thread doesn't have "rebuild" in the thread title.
