Yeah, I've got some old ones that I haven't recycled or had the money to replace yet. Hopefully it's not too difficult

I will be giving it a try after the hustle and bustle of the holidays. Just too busy with family and friends visiting right now to even think abut doing it.

Rebuilding a Ryobi 18v battery was yesterday's project for me. Worked out fine and no surprises. That said, I don't think I'll be doing it again, unless the replacement cells get significantly cheaper. It's a bit labor intensive and I didn't save that much over the occasional sale price at Home Depot.
