I just completely disassembled my benchtop drill press and have begun degreasing the steel parts using Simple Green from HD. After scrubbing them and rinsing/drying - do you recommend I spray or rub with WD-40 to prevent oxidation while I work on the rest of the drill press housing, table and other parts prior to reassembly? Also - I'm going to wet-sand the column as in the video - did someone mention they wax certain parts to keep fresh looking?
