recessed fluorescent lightning?

I wonder if there is recessed lightning available for fluorescent tubes?
I have area over lift where I want more light but can't give up any space, so something between frame members would be perfect. I have 16" space.

Those fixtures will have to be insulation-compatible.

Is there such thing?

drop ceiling lights could be installed right into drywall or plywood. they have them 12" wide too. check you local craigslist for something out of a building.
